Ricky Gilbert thinks the thieves who over the weekend struck the business where he works in Castle Hayne knew what they wanted and took their time getting it. Late Friday or early Saturday, the burglars cut their way into Ansco & Associates, a company that installs telephone cables. The thieves ignored electronics, even car keys to nearby vehicles, to steal copper wiring, Gilbert said.
