Boat Motor Theft on the Rise

Kolo8 News Now – Feb 20, 2008;

Washoe County Detectives are reporting a rise in thefts of small outboard boat motors.

The thieves are reportedly taking the motors from the boats by cutting the wires, cables and hoses that attach the motor to the boat.
